Welcome to the Compass ALPA Negotiating Committee website.

The Negotiating Committee's primary function is to negotiate with Compass Airlines during Section 6 negotiations, which is the traditional period where companies and unions negotiate and modify their contract (CBA). The Compass CBA comes up for renewal in May of 2020. Until that time, the contract that Compass pilots are presently operating under will be in effect.

Additionally, the Negotiating Committee is utilized for modifications to the CBA. Modifications and clarifications of the CBA are made through Letters of Agreement (LOA), and Memorandums of Understanding (MOU).
