1. When does bidding open?

While the bid window can open at any time, the bid window must open by 1200 Central time on the 10th of the month for the following month. (CBA Section 25.G.5

2. How do I get into PBS?

A pilot accesses PBS through the Employee Portal on the Compass Airlines Website. Select Flight Operations from the Departments drop down menu. On the Left Side of the Window, you will see a link for the PBS website. Please be aware that this site is not open all month, and if you are not eligible to bid, you will not be able to access the PBS website.

3. When does bidding close?

The Bid Window closes 4 days after it opens. So for example, if the Bid window opened on the 10th, it would close at 1200 Central on the 14th.

4. When do schedules come out?

Schedules are posted via an email message to your company issues email address four business days after the bid window closes. So for example, if the bid window closed on Monday the 14th, the schedules would have to be posted no later than Thursday the 18th at 1200 Central Time. However if the bid window closed on Friday the 14th, the schedules would not be required to post till 1200CT on the 20th.
