On this page you will find a number of resources for pilots to utilize while using Compass’ PBS system. The PBS committee functions as one of the standing MEC committees, and its members assist Pilots with all aspects of the bidding process including:

- Assistance in creating an initial bid
- Adjusting your bid to help you achieve the highest number of preferences per your seniority
- Interpreting your bidding results
