The Compass Training Committee is designed to be a support network for you throughout all of your pilot training during your career at Compass Airlines – Initial Qualification new-hire training, recurrent training, Captain Upgrade training.  We recognize that pilot training is the most stressful time of any pilot’s airline career.  As members of the Training Committee, we are advocates for every pilot at Compass Airlines, seeing that each person receives fair, adequate, quality training every time they are in the training center or on the line.  Feel free to use us as a resource for any questions or concerns you may have during any phase of your Compass training.
